Waterfront homes in superyacht marina

A collection of waterfront and village promenade homes, Porto Montenegro is a world-class marina that is home to yachts from 12 to 150 metres. Located in the beautiful Bay of Kotor, Porto Montenegro’s residences enjoy large terraces, private pools and spectacular sunset views. The studios, 1-4 bedrooms and duplexes are designed for indoor / outdoor living and make the most of the warm Mediterranean climate, with retractable glass doors that open to expansive terraces and high ceilings and windows to maximize the abundant natural light.

Previously a historic naval base, Porto Montenegro’s 89-hectare site will be a year-round destination with hotels, retail and other amenities adding to the residential buildings and the marina facilities at its heart. The first building, Teuta, sold-out in the summer 2009, with the 29 international homeowners taking possession of their waterfront homes in the summer of 2010. Currently available are buildings Ozana and Zeta, on schedule for delivery in spring 2011 and 80% sold, with the next two building available for purchase in 2011 and already with a wait-list of international buyers.

With the first homeowners already living in their homes and the expanding marina filled with yachts of all sizes, Porto Montenegro continues with the development of its nautical village.

Construction Update:

Two new buildings and an exciting array of shops, restaurants, cafés and amenities are scheduled for next spring, with construction progressing on schedule:

Zeta Residences
Structural works are up to the top floor and the private resident's pool is in place and concreted. The full building structure is due for completion in November 2011. With its desirable mountain view residences, only a few units are still available.

Ozana Residences
Ozana enjoys spectacular views over Jetty 1 and Venice square and features waterfront apartments and primary retail space. Construction is complete up to the third floor and the full structure will be completed by December 2011.

New Residential Releases
The preparatory works for the next 2 buildings have commenced, with a wait-list for apartments already in place. These waterfront and promenade buildings will feature studios, 1-4 bedroom apartments and duplexes.

Location

Porto Montenegro is located along nearly a full kilometer of seafront in the Bay of Kotor and is one of the largest and deepest natural harbours in Europe. The open Adriatic is only a few nautical miles away, offering easy access to the historic towns, grottoes and islands of the Dalmatian coast and to anywhere in the Mediterranean.

With three international airports nearby – Tivat (7km), Dubrovnik (40km) and Podgorica (90km) – Porto Montenegro is easily accessible, with regular direct flights to European cities such as London, Milan, Paris, Vienna, Zurich, Barcelona, Rome, Frankfurt, and Moscow.
