Brazil - Amanoca: Located on the beach in an area called Angra Dos Reis, about 1.5 hours outside of Rio, and a short flight from Sao Paulo, Amanoca will feature villas either with beachfront or fantastic ocean view panoramas.

General description

Named Amanoca, translated as "The Home of Peace", the resort will feature 30 villa style accommodations that can be used for resort guests, and 20 full ownership residential villas situated throughout the property...either with beachfront or fantastic ocean view panoramas. Each residential villa will be approximately 586m2 (6,300sqft) of interior space with beautiful exterior features like private swimming pools, verandas and plenty of outdoor entertainment space.

Scheduled for completion in 2012, Amanoca villa owners will be able to take advantage of all the services offered to resort guests, including private helicopter service, spa, beach activities, restaurants...and the opportunity to place their villa into the resort rental program, which will be fully managed by Amanresorts.
