General description

Following the success of Tamarina Golf Resort & Beach Club, the same developer is starting its new IRS project: Akasha.

The project built on 25 hectares of land consists of River Villas and Plateau Villas. As the name suggests, the 28 River villas are along the river and 32 Plateau Villas are pitched higher up with a breathtaking view on the River and the Ocean at large. There are 2 types of River villas and 5 types of Plateau Villas specifically designed to fit each unique location. The River Villas varies between 350 - 400 m² and the price range is USD 1.5 - 1.85 million and the Plateau Villas are 360 - 445 m² with a price range of USD 1.6 – 2.45 million, net of all charges.

There is a deco pack with 3 different styles delicately put together to please a whole array of taste, called Afrik, Zen and Classik, however there is a standard option which comes with each villa.

Being a resident at Akasha will entitle you to use the activities offered at Tamarina: the spa, the 2 restaurants, the magnificient golf course and the Beach Club on Tamarin Bay. And you will find a restaurant and a boathouse for kayaking on Akasha.

Infrastructure work has already started onsite and Akasha, tamarina’s river estate will be ready in 24 months time.

Location

Located on the west coast of Mauritius, nestled in one of the nicest spot of Mauritius in Tamarin, Akasha benefits from the hot and dry climate of this part of the island. Overlooking the mouth of River Rempart and Tamarina Golf course, it is few minutes away from the Tamarin bay, Flic en Flac and the natural reserve of Black River. Located on an emerald isle, Akasha is surrounded by a sapphire blue ocean, nestled between the golden savannah and the famous Tamarin Bay. A its feet runs a river, a flowing emerald green ribbon, under the shade of century-old mango trees.
