Ski Properties: High Altitude Investments

There is no doubt that this year has not been a great skiing year, as far as the quantity and the quality of the snow is concerned. The Swiss and French Alps have both suffered from an extremely mild and sunny winter leaving the snow canons to work as much as they can in some of the resorts. It is not to say that next year will not be a great skiing year again with lots of snow and a long season, but it shows that during the "poor years", having the opportunity to get on the slopes from a high altitude resort is not only a treat but almost a must. Investing in high altitude resorts for ski loving investors make sense and is proven once again.

For that we recommend several investments:

- Arc 1950 at 1950m

- Val Thorens with our new Le Hameau du Kashmir at 2000m

- Tignes with Kalinda Village at 1800

and then we have the one-off resales in Les Arcs, La Plagne etc so please do enquire about those too...

And for those who need to be in an historic village, there are always some 'hidden gems' like Montchavin, Les Coches, St Martin de Belleville etc...OR the option to invest in a lovely village and to use the exchange programs that many management companies propose to  still have the opportunity to wake up on the pistes when the snow at lower altitude is missing...
