The luxurious marina of Porto Montenegro will have a total of 179 berths in 2010. The marina will have state of the art infrastructure capable of accomodating any size of yacht. There will be duty free bunkering, Porto Montenegro Sports Club, repair facility (compositeworks)...
The berths are exclusively available for apartments purchasers. They are heavily discounted for 3 years during construction. It is possible to buy a 3-year license and at expiry to roll onto a 15-year lease (subject to availibility). There is an opportunity now to lock at heavily discounted price for a 15-year lease. Shortage of berths in Mediterranean will only be exacerbated in the future which will put upward pressure on prices. Berths will no longer be discounted in 2012.
